This is the questionnaire for your Will & Estate Plan. It takes about 15 minutes for an individual plan and about 20 for a couples plan. You can only submit it once, so have your details ready. If you need to change something later, email support@namechange.com within 60 days.

Your "residuary estate" is everything you own at death that is not left to a specific person below. Most people leave it to their spouse first, then children.
