By using our website or services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
After an individual obtains their name change legal document, such as: a marriage certificate, court order or a divorce decree, NameChange.com offers personalized and state specific name change kits to assist individuals to update their names in state and federal agencies, banks, and more. These kits include necessary federal and state forms, instructions, and prepaid envelopes (for physical kits) to help you complete your name change. Our service is available for use in all 50 U.S. states.
3. Purchasing and Payment
Ordering Process:
To purchase a Name Change kit, select your preferred package (Printed Kit in a Box or Digital Kit) and complete the required form with your personal details. We will process your order and deliver your kit based on your selected option.
Payment:
We accept major credit cards and Visa debit cards as payment methods. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your purchase.
Pricing:
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Order Modifications:
You can request changes to your order before it has been shipped (for printed kits) or before the digital kit is generated. Once the kit has been shipped or generated, changes may incur additional charges.
4. Delivery of Kits
Digital Kits:
Digital kits will be delivered via email after purchase. You can download and print your kit at home.
Printed Kits:
Printed kits will be shipped to the postal address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times may vary based on your location. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of our Name Change kits, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been processed. However, if you have not yet received your digital or printed kit and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order before the kit has been shipped or generated by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
6. Use of the Website
License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or services without our express written permission.
